How?

   AFFIRMATIVE

            Peter   is  cycling  to his house.

   NEGATIVE

SUBJECT + VERB BE +  NOT + GERUND (VERB ENDING ING) + COMPLEMENTS

        Peter is  not  cycling  to his house.

 INTERROGATIVE (QUESTIONS)

VERB BE + SUBJECT +  GERUND (VERB ENDING ING) + COMPLEMENTS ?
